New Fungus-Fighter drug put to the test

Summary
This study aims to see if a new version of a drug called liposomal amphotericin B works the same way in the body as the existing, approved version. The drug is used to treat serious fungal infections. The study will involve 42 healthy Chinese volunteers who will receive both versions of the drug in a specific order to compare them, with a focus on safety.
