First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study planned to see if injecting a patient's own fat into the fingertip could reduce pain and discomfort after a fingertip amputation. It was designed for adults with persistent nerve pain lasting 6 to 24 months after injury. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no conclusions can be drawn.
