Summary
This study tested whether taking a Lion's Mane mushroom extract could improve memory, attention, and other thinking skills in healthy, working, middle-aged women. Researchers gave 85 participants either the mushroom extract or a placebo pill daily for two months and measured their cognitive performance. The goal was to see if this natural supplement could provide both immediate and long-term benefits for brain function.
