This study tests a new drug called linvemastat for adults with moderate-to-severe asthma that is not fully controlled by standard inhalers. About 135 participants will receive either linvemastat or a placebo for 16 weeks while continuing their usual medications. The goal is to see if this drug can offer a new option for better asthma control.
