Scientists hunt for hidden link between back pain and vessel disease
NCT ID NCT07394478
Summary
This study aims to find out if there is a connection between two types of inflammatory conditions: one affecting the spine and joints (spondylarthritis) and another affecting blood vessels or muscles (giant cell arteritis or polymyalgia rheumatica). Researchers will compare a small group of people who have both conditions to people who have only one. The goal is to gather information, not to test a new treatment.
