Summary
This study looks at whether light or moderate exercise is better for adults with myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness. Twenty participants will join a 12-week exercise program three times a week, split into light or moderate intensity groups. The goal is to see if both types of exercise are safe, doable, and helpful for improving health.
