Summary
This study looked at 412 men having groin hernia surgery to see if a lighter mesh causes less pain than a heavier one. Patients were assigned to surgeons trained to use one type of mesh. The main goal was to measure pain and quality of life after surgery. Results help doctors choose the best mesh for patient comfort.
