Healing light? home device tested to speed up wrist recovery
NCT ID NCT07426926
Summary
This study is testing if a home-based light therapy device can help people recover faster after surgery for a broken wrist. Forty-two participants will use either a real or a fake device daily for 12 weeks, along with standard exercises. Researchers will measure pain, wrist function, strength, and how well the bone heals to see if the light therapy makes a difference.
