Summary
This study looks at whether shining special lights (called photobiomodulation) on the body can reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and boost mental energy. About 41 military members will receive either real or fake light treatments to see if there's a real benefit. The goal is to learn if this technology can help people feel and perform better.
