Summary
This study is testing whether a special low-level light therapy can improve brain activity in people recovering from a stroke. It will involve 66 adults who have had a stroke within the last year and have difficulty with language. Researchers will use light on the head and measure changes in brain waves and language skills to see if the therapy helps.
