Summary
This study tested whether shining a low-level laser on the legs after exercise helps Special Forces soldiers recover faster. 29 active-duty soldiers received either real or fake laser treatment after workouts for three weeks. Researchers measured muscle strength, soreness, sleep, and mood to see if the light therapy improved recovery and performance.
