Can colored light ease knee pain in athletes?

Summary

This study looks at whether adding yellow or green light therapy to standard treatment can help reduce pain and improve knee function in people with jumper's knee. About 60 athletes aged 15 to 35 with long-term knee pain will take part. The goal is to see which color light works better for easing symptoms.
