Summary

This study tests whether shining a specific type of light (850 nm) on the head can improve brain activity and language skills in people who had a stroke and have trouble speaking (aphasia). About 66 adults who had a stroke within the past year will receive the light treatment. Researchers will measure brain waves and language tests to see if it helps.
