NCT ID NCT07260903
Summary
This study is testing if a simple, at-home light therapy can help improve balance and memory in people over 60. Researchers will give 60 participants either the real light treatment or a placebo device to use at home. The goal is to see if this safe, practical approach can help prevent falls and support mental sharpness as people age.
