Can the right light recipe boost hospital staff energy and sleep?
NCT ID NCT06687304
Summary
This study is testing if changing the lighting in hospital radiology departments can help the staff feel more alert, improve their energy levels, and sleep better. Researchers will have 18 radiographers work under different lighting setups and compare their experiences. They will use surveys, activity trackers, and saliva tests to see which light setting works best, especially during the darker winter months.
