Can more sunlight stop kids from becoming nearsighted?

NCT ID NCT06631339

Summary

This study is testing whether getting the right amount and type of light each day can help prevent or slow down nearsightedness (myopia) in children. It will involve about 400 primary school kids. Researchers will test two main approaches: changing classroom lights to mimic sunlight, and using a smart app to remind parents to get their kids more outdoor light.
