Can light and exercise reset sleep and boost life for cancer patients?
NCT ID NCT05875870
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week program combining bright light exposure with specific exercise training can help improve sleep patterns, reduce physical and mental symptoms, and enhance quality of life for people with lung or esophageal cancer. Researchers will compare this program to a simple stretching routine in 200 participants. They will also track if the program has any effect on cancer recurrence or survival one year later.
