NCT ID NCT06703424

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether two simple, light exercises—sit-cycling and stand-twisting—done for just 5 minutes could improve brain function, reduce sleepiness, and ease back pain in university students who don't exercise much. 23 inactive students took part, and researchers measured their brain activity, thinking speed, and self-reported comfort. The goal was to see if these easy movements could offer quick benefits for focus and well-being.
