Light and brain training may tame anxiety without drugs

Summary

This study tests a safe, non-invasive light therapy (transcranial photobiomodulation) combined with a computer-based attention training task to reduce anxiety symptoms. Researchers will enroll 280 adults with mild to moderate anxiety. The goal is to see if these two methods together can improve how the brain processes emotional information and reduce anxiety.
