NCT ID NCT04009005
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a healthy lifestyle—including diet, stress management, and exercise—can be as good as standard medications for reducing symptoms and improving quality of life in people newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) or its early stage, clinically isolated syndrome (CIS). Researchers are tracking 44 participants over time to compare outcomes between those using lifestyle changes alone and those on drug treatments. The goal is to find out if lifestyle approaches offer a safe, effective alternative for managing MS symptoms.
