First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a structured diet, exercise, and lifestyle program can help prevent uterine fibroids from coming back after they have been surgically removed. About 100 women aged 18-50 who are fibroid-free after surgery will follow the program for several months. Researchers will check if the program is easy to follow and if it reduces the chance of fibroids returning.
