Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a 7-week virtual group program teaching healthy lifestyle habits can help reduce headache symptoms in teenagers. The program focuses on improving sleep, nutrition, stress, and exercise. Researchers will enroll 50 teens with frequent migraines to see if the program is practical to run and if it shows early signs of helping with their headaches.
