Personalized lifestyle coaching may lower blood pressure more than usual advice

Summary
This study tests whether giving people with high blood pressure personalized advice based on their daily habits helps lower blood pressure more than standard guidance. About 64 adults aged 18-65 with high blood pressure will be split into two groups: one gets routine advice, the other gets tailored lifestyle coaching using a special questionnaire. Researchers will compare blood pressure changes and patient satisfaction after three months.
