Screening plus lifestyle coaching: a new path to cancer prevention?
NCT ID NCT07135115
Summary
This study aims to see if receiving personalized, digital lifestyle advice during routine colon cancer screening helps people improve their health habits. It will follow 16,000 people in Norway for two years, comparing different levels of feedback—from a simple report to extra phone calls and webinars—to see which approach works best. The goal is to learn if combining screening with lifestyle guidance can help prevent cancer by encouraging better diet, exercise, and smoking habits.
