Summary
This study aims to understand how living with thalassemia and iron overload affects patients' quality of life while they are on a standard medication. Researchers will observe 150 adult patients in Greece who are already being treated with the iron-removing drug deferasirox. The study involves patients completing questionnaires about their health, treatment satisfaction, and daily life, but does not change their current treatment plan.
