Gene-Targeted eye drops aim to soothe dry eye sufferers

Summary

This study tests whether licaminlimab eye drops can safely reduce eye discomfort in people with dry eye disease who have a specific gene (TNFR1). About 160 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo (vehicle) for 29 days. The main goal is to see if the drops improve overall eye comfort in those with the gene.
