First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study gives people with moderate or severe hemophilia A who finished a previous trial continued access to the medication efanesoctocog alfa until it's commercially available in their country (or until March 2027). About 104 participants aged 6 and older will receive the drug and be monitored for safety and how well it controls bleeding. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted treatment and gather more data on the drug's long-term effects.
