Spinal fluid test could spot hidden lymphoma in the brain

Summary
This study is testing a new liquid biopsy that looks for tumor DNA in spinal fluid to see if it can better detect lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord. Researchers will compare this test to standard methods in 64 people newly diagnosed with high-risk B-cell lymphoma. If successful, this approach could help doctors identify who needs stronger treatment to prevent or manage central nervous system involvement.
