Summary
This study looks at whether using the LibAirty airway clearance system at home can help adults with bronchiectasis have fewer lung infections and hospital visits. About 200 participants will use the device as prescribed and answer questionnaires over a year. The goal is to see if the device reduces flare-ups and improves daily life.
