Summary

This study tests a 10-session LGBTQ-affirmative cognitive-behavioral therapy delivered via telehealth for sexual minority women who drink heavily and have anxiety or depression. Participants are 274 women in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The goal is to see if this therapy reduces heavy drinking days and improves mental health compared to standard LGBTQ-affirmative care.
