Summary

This study tested whether an oral drug called neflamapimod could help people with Lewy body dementia. It involved 159 participants who took either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks to see if it improved their memory, thinking, and daily function. The goal was to see if the drug could help control the progression of this challenging brain disease.
