First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at the safety of a drug called levosimendan when used for a longer time in people who have both pulmonary hypertension and a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is stiff (HFpEF). 35 patients who had already been in a previous study received open-label levosimendan and were checked for side effects. The main goal was to see how many adverse events occurred.
