Summary
This study tests a drug called levosimendan in people hospitalized with severe acute heart failure. About 332 adults will either receive the drug or standard care. The goal is to see if levosimendan improves breathing and overall heart function better than usual treatments, while monitoring for side effects. Results could help doctors choose more effective therapies for this life-threatening condition.
