Summary
This study tested a new intrauterine device (IUD) called LevoCept, which releases a hormone to prevent pregnancy for up to 3 years. Researchers enrolled 279 women aged 18-40 to see how well it works, how safe it is, and how easy it is to place. The goal was to gather data needed for a larger Phase 3 study.
