Summary
This study is testing a combination of two drugs, olverembatinib and inotuzumab ozogamicin, for adults with a specific type of acute leukemia (Ph+ ALL). The goal is to see if this treatment can clear very low levels of remaining cancer cells after initial chemotherapy, which is a crucial step before a patient can receive a potentially curative stem cell transplant.
