New hope for leukemia patients as drug seeks to control relapsed cancer

NCT ID NCT05687032

Summary

This study tested a targeted drug called inotuzumab ozogamicin in 44 Chinese adults whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia had returned or did not respond to prior treatment. The goal was to confirm how well the drug works and how safe it is for this specific patient group. Researchers measured if the treatment could put the cancer into remission and how long that benefit lasted.
