New hope for easier miscarriage management?

NCT ID NCT07160855

Summary

This study is testing if taking a medicine called letrozole for three days before the standard treatment (misoprostol) helps women with a missed miscarriage have a complete abortion more often. It involves 92 women who are up to 13 weeks pregnant. The goal is to see if this combination is more effective and works faster than using misoprostol alone.
