Scientists test gentler schedule for powerful cancer drug

Summary
This study is for people with a specific type of slow-growing digestive tract cancer. It is testing if giving the same radioactive drug treatment less often (every 16 weeks instead of every 8 weeks) can cause fewer serious side effects, especially blood-related problems, while still keeping the cancer from growing. The goal is to find a safer way to control the disease long-term.
