New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

NCT ID NCT06699836

Summary

This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called leronlimab to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to other treatments. It will involve about 60 adults with a specific type of cancer that has spread and tests positive for a marker called CCR5. Researchers will compare two different doses of leronlimab to see if it makes the treatment more effective and is safe for patients.
