First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug leronlimab to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors in people with a common type of advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to prior treatments. About 60 adults with microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer will receive either a low or high dose of leronlimab alongside standard drugs. The goal is to see if the combination improves tumor response and is safe.
