Summary
This study looks at whether a daily dietary supplement designed to support leptin (a hormone that helps control appetite) can change how hungry people feel and affect their weight. One hundred adults will take the supplement for 12 weeks and report their hunger and weight. The goal is to gather early evidence on whether the supplement might help with appetite management in everyday life.
