New drug combo shows promise for tough bile duct cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, lenvatinib and paclitaxel, in people with advanced bile duct cancer that has stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 51 adults with various types of bile duct cancer are taking part.
