Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (lenvatinib, nivolumab, and chemotherapy) in people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread and caused fluid buildup in the belly. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and help patients live longer without the cancer growing. About 61 participants will receive the drugs, and researchers will monitor safety and effectiveness.
