Summary

This study tested the drug lenvatinib in 127 children, adolescents, and young adults whose solid tumors had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and to check for side effects. Participants were grouped by tumor type, including Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and brain tumors. The study found that lenvatinib may help control some tumors, but it is not a cure and ongoing management is needed.
