Summary

This study tests the drug lenvatinib as the first treatment for people with advanced liver cancer who cannot have surgery or other curative treatments. It includes 50 adults with a specific type of liver function (Child-Pugh B). The goal is to see if lenvatinib can slow cancer growth and improve survival.
