First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a supplement called Legalon, along with diet and exercise, could lower liver enzyme levels in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and metabolic syndrome. Over 360 adults took Legalon as prescribed by their doctor and followed lifestyle advice. The main goal was to see if this combination helped reduce liver enzymes in the blood, which are markers of liver stress.
