Natural supplement tested alongside lifestyle changes for common liver condition
NCT ID NCT05051527
Summary
This study observed whether adding the supplement Legalon to diet and exercise helps lower liver enzyme levels in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) who also have metabolic syndrome. Researchers followed 362 adult patients who were already prescribed Legalon and had started lifestyle changes. The goal was to see if this combination approach could better control the liver condition.
