Summary
This study observed whether adding the supplement Legalon to diet and exercise helps lower liver enzyme levels in people with fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome. Researchers followed 362 adults who were already prescribed Legalon and starting lifestyle changes. The goal was to see if this combination approach helps control liver damage markers.
