Simple leg move may ease sciatica pain, new study says

Summary

This study tests whether adding a specific leg-rotation technique to standard physical therapy can reduce sciatica pain and improve movement in people with lower back disc problems. About 70 adults aged 18 to 50 with sciatica will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this simple technique helps open nerve passages and eases symptoms.
