Summary

This study is testing whether a weekly pill called leflutrozole can improve sperm quality in men with low testosterone. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (sugar pill) in 200 men over 16 weeks to see if it increases sperm count and movement. The trial will also closely monitor participants for any side effects and check if the treatment improves energy and libido.
